- As more and more colleges and employers are using e-mail as their primary mode of communication, it is important to understand the basics of e-mail etiquette. To learn more you need to watch the 7 E-mail Etiquette Tips Video and review the How to Write a Formal E-mail article.
- Watch this video and create a signature line for your gmail account.

- Since you will be using Google Apps and sharing documents frequently, watch the video Google Drive Tutorial - Sharing.
- Make a copy of the Student Bio Doc Assignment, rename, edit, share with anyone that has the link, and submit using the Submission Form. (never share or email a document to me; use the submission form)
- Working collaboratively (in groups) is becoming more and more important in our society. To help you practice collaborative learning you need to:
- Watch the video on file naming conventions.
- Review the Getting Organized articles (Getting Organized Using Folders and Getting Organized with Better File Names)
- Create a "private", shared document with several classmates that highlights all the Digital Literacy Topics that you've learned so far. When you are finished, use the Submission form to "turn in" your assignment.
